What Data We Collect
This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics tools, or advertising networks. We collect no personal data through the website itself.
If you contact us via WhatsApp or email, we receive the information you voluntarily provide — including your name, contact details, and inquiry content. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and process a potential purchase.

Purchase Agreement — Mona Pythons
1. Scope
These terms apply to all sales of live animals conducted by Mona Pythons (Tim Becker, Germany). By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees to these terms in full.
2. Animal Welfare Commitment
Mona Pythons sells exclusively to buyers who can demonstrate appropriate experience, legal keeping permits where required, and suitable housing. We reserve the right to refuse any sale without providing a reason.
3. Purchase Process
All sales are initiated via WhatsApp or email inquiry. A sale is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and signing of the individual purchase agreement. No animal leaves our care without a signed contract.
4. Pricing
All prices are stated individually per animal and are negotiated directly. Listed prices are in Euro (€) and are final. No VAT is charged pursuant to § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung).
5. Payment
Payment in full is required prior to transfer of the animal. Accepted methods: bank transfer (SEPA), cash on collection. No PayPal. No payment plans unless agreed in writing.
6. Collection & Shipping
Animals may be collected in person by appointment only. Shipping is available within Germany and the EU for experienced keepers only, at buyer's risk and cost. Live arrival is guaranteed for shipments — dead on arrival must be reported within 1 hour with photographic evidence.
7. Health Guarantee
All animals are sold as healthy, feeding, and free of visible parasites. A 7-day health guarantee applies from date of transfer. This covers only conditions verifiably present at time of sale and does not apply to issues arising from improper husbandry after transfer.
8. No Returns
Due to animal welfare and biosecurity reasons, no returns are accepted once an animal has left our premises. All sales are final. We strongly recommend quarantine of all new animals.
By purchasing from Mona Pythons, the buyer confirms they hold all legally required permits for keeping the species in their region, and that their housing meets the animal's welfare requirements.
9. CITES & Legal Compliance
All animals are captive bred (CB) and sold with appropriate documentation. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws in their region regarding the keeping, transport, and registration of the species purchased.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Cologne, Germany.
11. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
